Lost property management for your organisation
Hotels, venues, transport operators and lost and found offices receive items every day. As a Qevik partner you log found items in one place and can reach the holders whose items carry a Qevik identifier.
Log found items
Log each item with its category, colour, place and date found, and for a labelled item, simply by scanning its Qevik code. Your team works with its own logins in a shared, searchable list.
Reach the holders
If an item carries a Qevik identifier linked to an account, you can notify its holder through that identifier. Your drop-off point and the items you log can appear on the public Qevik map, where people filter by category, colour, place and date.
Record what happens to each item
Note what becomes of each item: returned, transferred to another point, or final disposition once the time limit has passed. This keeps a traceable record of where each item went.

Depending on your organisation, access to the software is free or paid. The terms are agreed together when you join.
